Every year, an average hair salon in Slovenia throws away around 6,000 plastic capes. This number pushed us to search for a solution that reduces waste in the hair and beauty industry.

When developing our eco-friendly capes, we wanted a product that was not only sustainable, but also truly practical for everyday professional use.
Natural materials like cotton, linen and bamboo may sound like a green choice, but they require frequent washing, are not resistant to chemicals, increase environmental impact through water, energy and detergent use and also create high long-term costs for salons.

After extensive research and a lot of persistence, we created a 100% biodegradable Biolin cape made from renewable resources, designed for daily professional use and kind to the planet.
